7 WEEKS ONLINE CHAKRA COURSE
In the spiritual traditions of India, the body is viewed in both its physical and its energetic form. The Entire body is seen as a conductor of the life energy—it does not merely conduct upwards through the spine, but also through what we know as chakras- energy centers in the body that play an important role in our physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. The chakras are not physical, per say but in yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to swirling wheels of energy throughout the body which are aspects of our consciousness.
There are 7 chakras in human body and each of the chakras relate to a different aspect of our live, different emotions and different senses. Understanding the chakras allows you to understand the relationship between your consciousness and your body in the light of these 7 aspects. It allows you you understand your connection to yourself, you connection to the world and universe. Unfortunately, we often experience blockages within chakras preventing the energy in our bodies to flow freely. Blocked chakras then coincide with certain psychological issues. |

WEEK 1
ROOT CHAKRA: MULADHARA The Root Chakra, or Muladhara is connected at the base of our spine and it is the first chakra of the chakra energy system. This chakra provides the energetic foundation of your body and mind; is based on the earth element responsible for our grounding and feeling safe providing a foundation on which we built our life. This chakra creates a center and foundation of our energetically awakening. It is where the feeling of survival/safety/security is rooted; it is the seat of the human instincts which have evolved to keep us alive - our animalistic & Instinctual behavior.

WEEK 2
SAKRAL CHAKRA CHAKRA: SVADHISTHANA The Sacral Chakra, or Swadhisthana in Sanskrit is a second chakra of the chakra energy system. This chakra is located in the lower abdomen just below the coccyx or tailbone and is primarily connected with how we enjoy life and aspects of our openness and creativity. It is a seat of pleasure, passion and our creative energies. The color of the second chakra is orange, and it is associated with the element is water. It is primarily connected with emotional responses and regulation and is often referred to as the seat of emotions. It is also associated with the sense of taste and with reproductive function.

WEEK 3
SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA: MANIPURA The Solar Plexus Chakra, or Manipura in Sanskrit is a third chakra of the chakra energy system. The Solar Plexus Chakra is located between the navel and solar plexus and this chakra is often called the seat of our inner power, self-control, and the respect for ourself and others. While the Sacral chakra seeks pleasure and enjoyment, the third chakra is all about the perception of who we are. It is a center of our self-esteem, our willpower, self-discipline, as well as warmth in our personality.

WEEK 4
HEART CHAKRA: ANAHATA The heart chakra or Anahata in Sanskrit is a fourth chakra in the chakra energy system. This chakra is located in the center of the chest (the energy center is not located where our actual heart organ lies; rather, the heart chakra is in the center of the chest area). It is the center of our deep bonds with other beings, your sense of caring and compassion, your feelings of self-love, altruism, generosity, kindness, and respect. Anahata is an integrating and unifying chakra - bringing to wholeness - as such, it is your healing center. Indeed, most spiritual traditions recognize love as the ultimate healing force.

WEEK 5
THROAT CHAKRA: VISHUDDHA The Throat Chakra is the fifth chakra and it is the first of the higher or spiritual chakras on the "chakra ladder". This chakra is located in the region of neck and shoulders and its color is blue. This chakra relates to communication and our ability to understand and speak our inner truth “purely”. It is about accepting one's originality, expressing our authentic voice and speaking our truth.
This chakra is associated with our ability not only to speak our truth openly and purely but also our ability to understand our own needs and desires and being able to communicate them freely to others. It is related to being assertive and communicating with kindness yet in the most truthful and pure way. |
WEEK 7
SAHASRARA CHAKRA The Sahasrara Chakra is 7th and final chakra in the chakra energy system. It is located on the top of the head. It is also known as the “Thousand-Petalled Lotus”, “Brahmarandhra” (the door to God) or the “Centre of a Million Rays” because it radiates like the Sun. No other light comes close to the brilliance of the Sun. In the same way, the energy and radiation of all other Chakras pale in the radiance of the Sahasrara Chakra. This Chakra represents the goal of Yoga, Self-Realisation and God-Realisation, where the individual soul unites with Cosmic Consciousness.
