WELCOME TO ALL FLOW YOGA!
All Flow Yoga began with a passion and love for yoga and a firm belief that yoga is a much more than just physical practice. At All Flow Yoga we believe that yoga is about union. It is about connection. It is about being present, the here and now. Approaching yourself with loving kindness, spreading good vibes and compassion to the rest of the world.
All Flow Yoga is an invitation to take time out of your daily routine and immerse yourself in yoga practice, spending time with like-minded people, detoxing, de-stressing and nurturing yourself in the way that your deserve.
With weekly classes, workshops, day retreats and international yoga getaways we are on a mission to create a community of yogis, one person at a time. A community of people who practice together, breathe together, grow and laugh together.

The Founder & Lead Yoga Teacher
Jennifer Kesik
Jennifer Kesik is the founder of All Flow Yoga retreats. She is originally from Poland but for 14 years has lived and is currently based in Bournemouth, UK. Jenny's yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which she developed while competing as a professional windsurfer. Jenny was amazed how positively her body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice. After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 Jenny traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in India. Following completing her teachers' training course she went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where she studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for 3 months. Practice in Mysore has certainly influenced Jenny's teaching. What initially started purely as a physical practice took Jennifer on spiritual journey and inner exploration. Currently Jennifer teaches predominantly DYNAMIC VINYASA and ASHTANGA classes in Bournemouth, UK. She organises workshops and since 2017 runs yoga retreat company All Flow Yoga. During the winter months she assists and delivers Ashtanga unit at the 200HR Teacher's Training Course at Sampoorna Yoga in India. She applies tristiana: Ujjayi breath (victorious breath), the bandhas (energy locks), and drsti (yogic gaze) in all her classes as a foundation of the practice. She often says "The only thing that distinguishes yoga practice from any other activity or gymnastics is the connection of movement with the break, making this practice mindful. Being here and now. Moving meditation". She believes that hand on adjustments in the practice can help students experience the benefits of postures in more depth and bring balance and steadiness to the body therefore she is keen to offer many adjusts and assists in her classes. Inspired by the art of hands on assists she has recently qualified as a THAI YOGA MASSAGE Therapist at Sunshine Yoga Massage Institute in Thailand and looking to incorporate Thai yoga massage elements in the yoga practice.
Supporting Teachers & Facilitators
Abby Faye Redley
Abby came to yoga nine years ago, initially as just a physical practice. She soon discovered the many other benefits and yoga provided the balance she sought whilst living and traveling in Australia. She felt more grounded in challenging times and uplifted by the final relaxation, savasana glow! When she returned to the UK in 2013, she realised her deep desire to share the benefits she had experienced with others. Abby gained her 200 hour RYT qualification with YogaLondon and has been teaching weekly classes, 1:1 sessions, fundraising classes and workshops in Bournemouth for over two years. Abby believes a yoga practice is not just on the mat, as mindful self knowledge and awareness can be beneficial in all aspects of daily life. Abby's other passion is living a vegan life which she shares through yoga and plant based nutrition events. Abby’s classes are welcoming and fun, inviting you to explore your body and mind through breath, (pranayama), movement, (physical postures - asana) and meditation. Her dancing background is reflected through a flowing style of yoga (vinyasa), finding lightness and meditation though movement. She also incorporates Ashtanga, Yin, Sivananda and Yoga Nidra influences. Abby will supportively and safely guide you through an invigorating practice to a restorative final relaxation. Abby has continued her professional development through attending various workshops and is due to complete her 60 hour Yoga Medicine spine module in May 2018.
