Booking Terms
1. Booking Policy
1.1A booking at ALL FLOW YOGA are confirmed when a non-refundable deposit of £200 or greater is paid.
1.2For all retreats bookings, the balance amount is required for full confirmation of the place.
1.3ALL FLOW YOGA lists what is included on the retreats. Airfare, tips, travel insurance or alcohol is not included in the price.
1.4Guests must obtain full and comprehensive travel insurance to attend the wellness retreat including, but not limited to, overseas medical expenses and evacuation, trip cancellation and force majeure events.
1.5Every client must provide ALL FLOW YOGA with full insurance details, along with a signed copy of the participation and liability waiver form. Failure to do so results in a cancelation of the booking and forfeiting the paid deposit.
1.6Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend ALL FLOW YOGA retreats. Guests under 18 may be allowed to attend provided they are accompanied by a guardian 18+ years old and are approved by management.
1.7By making payment of a deposit or full payment for any program at ALL FLOW YOGA you are accepting ALL FLOW YOGA’S Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Policy
2.1Payments should be made via bank transfers. Account details are provided when making a payment.
2.2If it is preferred, payments can be transferred via Paypayl however for these transactions 10% must be added to cover PayPal charges.
2.3Bank fees incurred by transferring money are the sole responsibility of the guest.
2.4The guest is responsible to pay for all extra services not included in the selected package in cash, in the local currency (IDR) or where facilities allow, credit card payments can be accepted.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1All cancellations and booking transfers must be received in writing via email to ALLFLOWYOGA [email protected]
3.2Cancellation fees
3.4 Change/ Retreat Cancellations
3.5 ALL FLOW YOGA reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by our team, trip leaders, teachers or partners. In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of ALL FLOW YOGA we will offer a transfer to another trip or a full refund of your funds.
3.6 ALL FLOW YOGA will not be liable for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of trip cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses.
3.7 ALL FLOW YOGA reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure in the event that there are too few people booked in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to ALL FLOW YOGA. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visas, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).
4. DisclaimerData Use and Protection
The customer agrees that he/she may be photographed and/or filmed during his/her stay and/or activities in connection with the company, and also agrees that the company may use such recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent. The customer agrees that the company for marketing and market research purposes may use his/her personal data. The company assures that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfil the booking or deliver the requested service. The customer can terminate this agreement at any time in written form via email. In that case, the personal data and/or footage will not be used for marketing/market research purposes.
5. Acknowledgment & Waiver
DECLARATION OF HEALTH.
By accepting this Tour Participant Agreement I (the trip participant) represent that I have no physical conditions or medical precautions which would adversely affect my ability to take part in the yoga activity or other physical or cultural activities offered on ALL FLOW YOGA retreats. I fully understand that my participation in the yoga or other activities could be injurious to my health and I voluntarily assume all risks related to such activities.
PERSONAL RELEASE.
By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on the ALL FLOW YOGA website I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on a ALL FLOW YOGA trip, including but not limited to damages as a result of unexpected occurrences including those from weather, local political situations, wildlife or uncontrollable acts of God, including the risk of death. I release ALL FLOW YOGA including its owners, directors, employees, guides, yoga teachers and partners from liability for personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses or property damage I may incur as a result of participation on this trip.
For the benefit of everyone on your trip, ALL FLOW YOGA reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the trip, it may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the trip. ALL FLOW YOGA will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the trip prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant, which is not included on the trip itinerary

3.2Cancellation fees
- The initial desposit of £200 is not refundable.
- If cancellation takes place more than 60 days prior to your departure date any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit.
- If cancellation takes place between 30-60 days prior to your departure, 50% of the retreat price will be forfeited.
- If cancellation takes place less than 30 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited.
- Any amount forfeited, which has not then been paid to ALL FLOW YOGA by you, will be recovered from you by ALL FLOW YOGA as a debt due and payable.
- Exceptions to All Flow Yoga's guest cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer any credit for arriving late or departing early, missing activities or not utilizing any part of the program. You must submit your signed participation agreement and liability waiver form 90 days prior to retreat start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so, may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.
