Relax in total bliss at the beautiful retreat centre, deepen your yoga practice with twice daily yoga classes and renew your mind and body with daily meditation and plant based diet throughout the stay. We have designed this program for anyone who is looking for an opportunity to develop their own physical yoga practice and dive in deeper into understanding of yoga. The program is a combination of retreat experience & learning. With this in mind apart from enjoying beautiful surroundings of Evia Island during the program we will focus on exploring correct alignment, modifications and variations in the postures, look at creative sequencing and how we prepare and open up the body for more advanced postures as well as explore yoga philosophy and spiritual side of yoga so that you can feel empowered and take your practice to the next level as a student and as a teacher if you are already qualified.
EVIA SILENCE RETREAT CENTRE
You will be staying at beautiful Evia Silence Retreat Centre overlooking the Porto Buffalo Bay coastline and the crystal clear Euboean sea. Built at the edge of a hill only ten metres from the beach, the retreat centre has 10rooms (double/triple), a lounge bar/restaurant, as well as an air-conditioned Yoga Shala with an enchanting view to the sea. The resort's quiet and calm environment will offer you a perfect settings for stepping away from any stresses and allow you to focus on deepening the practice.

YANG MORNINGS & YIN EVENINGS
Each day of the yoga immersion program will include a predominately yang morning dynamic vinyasa practice with afternoon yin yoga.
Morning classes will be followed by daily meditation and breathe work sessions where we will explore various breathing techniques (pranayama) and you will be guided through guided relaxation that will allow you to re-connect with yourself and make you feel calm and content.
In the afternoons we will slow things down and the classes will incorporate restorative and yin yoga practice as well as some techniques of myofascial release to relax the muscles. You’ll float out of these classes feeling revitalised and relaxed. Modifications and variations will be provided throughout so that students of all levels will benefit and adjust the practice to your own body.
FOCUS WORKSHOPS
In order to help you deepen your knowledge and benefit from this immersion as much as possible, during the program we will offer you a two workshop sessions. First workshop will focus on inversions and arm balances preparing you to develop strength for these more advanced postures. In the second workshop we will look at alignment and adjustment and you will learn how to correct your postures and partner adjustments to help you go deeper into positions. These workshops though are absolutely optional for you to attend.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES
During the stay at the retreat centre apart from all the yoga, meditation, workshops you will have an opportunity to receive a massage; take up a paddle board; participate in a boat trip with snorkelling experience or visit a local village to purchase local Greek products and souvenirs to take home. All of these activities are absolutely optional and we will help to arrange these for the group. Alternatively, if you prefer to just relax you will be able to sunbathe at our little private beach, swim and take short walks around the retreat centre.
FOOD
The food provided throughout your stay with us will be prepared using only the finest of local produce and ingredients. The meals will combine traditional Greek and international cuisine with the goal of nourishing your body after the practice.

Jennifer Kesik
Jenny's yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which she developed while competing as a professional windsurfer. Jenny was amazed how positively her body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice. After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 Jenny traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in India. Following completing her teachers' training course she went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where she studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for 3 months. Practice in Mysore has certainly influenced Jenny's teaching. What initially started purely as a physical practice took Jennifer on spiritual journey and inner exploration. Currently Jennifer teaches predominantly dynamic vinyasa and ashtanga classes in Bournemouth, UK where she has lived for the last 13 years. She organises workshops and since 2017 runs yoga retreat company All Flow Yoga through which she has run over 10 international retreats around the world.
