YOUR HOSTS
JENNIFER KESIK
Jenny's yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which she developed while competing as a professional windsurfer. Jenny was amazed how positively her body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice. After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 Jenny traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in India. Following completing her teachers' training course she went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where she studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for 3 months.
Practice in Mysore has certainly influenced Jenny's teaching. What initially started purely as a physical practice took Jennifer on spiritual journey and inner exploration. Currently Jennifer teaches predominantly dynamic vinyasa and ashtanga classes in Bournemouth, UK where she has lived for the last 13 years. She organises workshops and since 2017 runs yoga retreat company All Flow Yoga. In previous year she also taught teachers at 200HR Teachers Trainings at Sampoorna Yoga in India.

RACHAEL WARING
Rachael Waring is a senior yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga in and around the New Forest, Bournemouth and Poole since moving to Dorset from London in early 2012. Rachael is passionate about connection - our connection to nature, rebuilding our relationship with the wild, trusting ourselves in identifying the native plants that surround us as well as beneficial and edible plants fungi and herbs, and our connection to ourselves, our bodies, through mindful movement and breath.
She has experienced first hand how damaging the all too common disconnection can be, suffering with chronic eczema and IBS whilst working in London and has healed herself through yoga, dietary and lifestyles changes, turning to the more supportive and nourishing plant medicines as an alternative to the pharmaceutical solutions.
She has amassed over 1000 hours of study with different schools of yoga, at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, where the traditional and devotional elements of the practice are key, with The Yoga People in London, focussing on Ashtanga and Rocket yoga, and nowhere journey continues with her teacher Tiffany Cruikshank and the Yoga Medicine family. Rachael also offers for ageing and plant medicine workshops alongside her yoga teachings.
