Autumn, a period of transition, is a time for self-nourishment and reflection. The season of autumn invites us to explore an inward and introspective energy both on and off our yoga mats. This is a time of year where we slow down, contemplate, and experience gratitude, abundance, and letting go. With autumn theme in mind we would love to invite you for a one day Nurture, Nourish and Restore Retreat Day on Saturday 1st October 2022 in beautiful surroundings of New Forest with yoga teachers Jennifer Kesik and Karen Stanberry.
The day will offer you a beautiful combination on nourishing vinyasa flow, nourishing pranayama, meditation and deeply resting yin and Yoga Nidra practice. Time out for yourself isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. Respect your body when it's asking for a break. Respect your mind when it's seeking rest. Honour yourself when you need a moment. We hope to connect with you on the mat.

Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Yoga Retreats Facilitator
Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, Yoga Retreats Facilitator
Jenny's yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which she developed while competing as a professional windsurfer. Jenny was amazed how positively her body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice. After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 Jenny traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in India. Following completing her teachers' training course she went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where she studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for 3 months. Practice in Mysore has certainly influenced Jenny's teaching. What initially started purely as a physical practice took Jennifer on spiritual journey and inner exploration. Currently Jennifer teaches predominantly dynamic vinyasa and ashtanga classes in Bournemouth, UK where she has lived for the last 13 years. She organises workshops and since 2017 runs yoga retreat company All Flow Yoga through which she has run over 10 international retreats around the world.
