This retreat will offer you an unique blend of yoga, meditation, subconscious reprogramming and connection with nature which will enable you to experience deep healing and renewal like never before.

The venue for this retreat is Wonderland Healing Centre - yoga resort located in the heart of Koh Phangan Island, only 5kms from the Thong Sala pier and town, and 4 kms from Chaloklum Bay. The accommodation is nestled among beautiful, lush gardens and palm tree forests with stunning mountain views and waterfalls close by and it offers perfect setting for an intimate, rejuvenating and memorable yoga experience.

Yoga is an ancient practice of personal transformation. The true power of yoga lies not in the strength and vitality it gives the physical body, but rather in the profoundly positive ways, it can change our entire human system. During the time of the retreat, our yoga practice will focus on utilising the asana to refine the mind, clear negative emotions to create space for new habits and behaviour, allowing ourself to dive deep underneath the aesthetics of the postures and explore the unseen benefits of this divine practice. 

Every day during the retreat you will start your day with a mindful yet energising vinyasa flow practice in our Shala overlooking the ocean. This will warm up your body and leave you glowing for the whole day. Various modifications and variations will be provided in the practice and this will ensure that you will enjoy the flow no matter the experience you have. The class will be followed by meditation and breath-work session where we will explore various breathing techniques (Pranayama) and you will be guided through relaxations that will allow you to re-connect with yourself and find inner peace and contentment. In the afternoon you’ll immerse yourself in a deeply calming and restorative yoga class. These classes will incorporate restorative and yin yoga practice as well as Myofascial release techniques to relax the muscles. You will float out of these classes feeling revitalised and relaxed
.

HEALTHY VEGAN EXPERIENCE

Food is such a big part of life and it affects all aspects of the way we feel, the way we look and the way we think. At All Flow Yoga we believe in the old adage “you are what you eat”, thus we ensure that our guests eat only high quality, high vibrational vegan cuisine. To support your daily yoga practice and nourish your body, during the retreat you will enjoy two mouth-watering buffet style, vegen meals daily (brunch and dinner), with an on-going tea and water throughout the day to hydrate the body.

GETTING TO KOH PHANGAN 

Koh Phangan is most easily accessed via Koh Samui airport. If you wish to get to the island as quickly as possible, then traveling by air is the most convenient option. However, you need to know that Koh Phangan doesn’t have an airport. Thus, to reach Koh Phangan by air, you must book a flight to Koh Samui and then take a ferry to Koh Phangan. 
If you are coming from London the international flight would stop In Bangkok where you would take a connecting flight to Koh Samui. 

London- fly to Bangkok - fly to Koh Samui- ferry to Koh Phangan 

BOOKINGS 

Deposit and Payment
For the confirmation of your space, we will require only a £200 deposit when making a booking.
The balance amount will need to be paid by 1st December 2025. 
Once you have made the payment we will confirm the receipt and send you a booking confirmation.  

Prices include seven nights of accommodation, two meals a day, yoga, meditation and workshops. 

Prices exclude flights, transportation to/from the  resort and other activities/excursions.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable as your place is secured and cancellation may result in us turning away other guests.

GETTING TO KOH PHANGAN 

At All Flow Yoga even though we do not directly arrange your transport to and from the retreat venue, we are here to help smooth out logistics around transportation so you have a seamless journey. The easiest way to travel to Koh Phangan is to fly to Koh Samui airport. We advise booking your flights at the same time as you reserve your space with us to obtain best ticket price. Upon arriving to Koh Samui airport  you will find the Seatran Ferry counter and book a taxi ride (to the pier) and ferry transfer to Koh Phangan Island. The closest pier to our retreat in in Thong Sala. We will advise you all the details when you reserve your space and help with arranging your travel.

Jennifer Kesik

Jenny's yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which she developed while competing as a professional windsurfer. Jenny was amazed how positively her body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice. After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 Jenny traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in India. Following completing her teachers' training course she went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where she studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for 3 months. Practice in Mysore has certainly influenced Jenny's teaching. What initially started purely as a physical practice took Jennifer on spiritual journey and inner exploration. Currently Jennifer teaches predominantly dynamic vinyasa and ashtanga classes in Bournemouth, UK where she has lived for the last 13 years.
She breathes and lives yoga and see practice of yoga as an on going life journey. She organises workshops and since 2017 runs yoga retreat company All Flow Yoga through which she organised over 10 international retreats in different locations around the world.

Mellissa Laycy

Mellissa is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and creative chef. Her imaginative cuisine and style of cooking concentrate on whole, healing foods that focus on nourishing the mind and body while reducing inflammation. Hypocrates said “All disease begins in the gut” and Mellissa's approach closely follows this ethos which has enabled her to develop a way to empower and help others heal their physical and mental health issues. Her delicious food and inventive recipes run parallel with her approach to yoga and mindfullness. Mellissa's keen desire to help others through nutrition began with her own health issues, leading her on a self discovery journey through India, Bali, the U.S and Portugal. It was during this time she resolved the only way forward for her was to take herback into her own hands. During this time she perfected the art of meditation, spending silent months in Indian Ashrams and following the teachings of Adyashanti and Mooji. With this well rounded knowledge and empathic approach to a holistic lifestyle, Mellissa will be offering one to one sessions during the retreat which will focus not only on diet but any possible hidden blocks that might be preventing you from living a fully enriched life.

She gained her 200 hour YYT at Shiva Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh and is a Level II Reiki therapist. Aside from her training with IIN she also gained expertise with Pure Raw in Bali, has catered numerous retreats and parties around the world, is part of the team behind Rise and Shine and has worked as a live in chef at Rainbow City (now Merkebba Community) in Portugal. Mellissa loves creating healthy, gluten free, low sugar recipes and can't wait to bring them to the group on the 'Nourish Your Soul Retreat' in Marrekesh. For a sample of her recipes or to work one on with her you can connect with her directly on instagram @mellissalaycy
