ONLINE ASHTANGA
The Ashtanga Primary Series is a set sequence of asanas (postures) that forms the foundation of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, this practice consists of a specific order of postures that are linked together with vinyasas (movement-breath coordination). This is a lead class and you will be guided through the sequence which begins with with sun salutations (Surya Namaskara A and B); follows up with a series of standing, seated, and completes with finishing postures.
