STEP INTO THE WORLD OF INNER WELLNESS
This retreat has been specially designed to give you a once-in a-lifetime both cultural and spiritual experience that you have been looking for. With a small group setting and serene surrounding we want to offer a space for you to rejuvenate your body and mind with authentic yoga practices, meditation and spiritual teachings. Our wish is to create a space for you to explore the timeless wisdom of yoga and spirituality, deepening your practice and understanding.
RAISE YOUR AWARENESS
Yoga is an ancient practice of personal transformation. The true power of yoga lies not in the strength and vitality it gives the physical body, but rather in the profoundly positive ways, it can change our entire human system. During the time of the retreat, our yoga practice will focus on utilising the asana to refine the mind, clear negative emotions to create space for new habits and behaviour, allowing ourself to dive deep underneath the aesthetics of the postures and explore the unseen benefits of this divine practice.
Every day during the retreat you will start your day with a mixture of Ashtanga (Led class)/Dynamic Vinyasa Flow yoga classes. Various modifications and variations will be provided in the practice. These classes will be followed by meditation and breath-work session where we will explore various breathing techniques (Pranayama) and you will be guided through relaxations that will allow you to re-connect with yourself and find inner peace and contentment. In the afternoon you’ll immerse yourself in a deeply calming and restorative yoga class. These classes will incorporate restorative and yin yoga practice.

DISCOVER THE TRANSFORMATIVE
POWER OF AYURVEDA
Ayurveda, the ancient science of life and health, offers a deeper connection to natural beauty practices. The philosophy behind Ayurveda is based on the belief that true beauty comes from within, the balance of body, mind and spirit necessary to maintain inner and outer health unlike modern cosmetic practices which tend to focus on external appearance or surface treatments. With highly experienced doctors and therapists on site, as part of the retreat you will have three 60 minutes treatments.

YOUR RETREAT FACILITATORS
Jenifer Rayner
My yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which I developed while competing as a professional windsurfer. I was amazed how positively my body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice. After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 I traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in Goa, India. Following completing my teachers' training course I went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where I studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for 3 months. What initially started purely as a physical practice took me on spiritual journey and inner exploration.
I realized that yoga was a missing piece in my life. This practice has brought the light into every single area of my life and teaching and sharing what I found so beneficial to bringing me peace and contentment became a purpose in my life. In 2017 I started a retreat company All Flow Yoga with an aim to share the practice of yoga and combine it with an element of adventure and travel. Since then I organised over 17 international retreats in different locations around the world including Spain, Portugal, Morocco, India and Thailand. I look forward to connecting with you on the mat soon. |

I am a teacher of yoga, meditation and other forms of healing to people from all around this beautiful world. But I wasn't always this way. I came to yoga with scepticism in my mind and pain in my heart. I had been on the inside of an industry which focused so much on what was on the outside, that somewhere I forgot how to connect to who I was inside. Yoga was the spark that gave me back everything that I had lost, the stability, the connection and eventually, the seed of happiness which had been uprooted through those years of neglect.
It's been eleven years now since I started walking this path of healing. The more I learnt about and integrated these beautiful practices into my daily life, the clearer it was to me that I had found my purpose. To share my experience and knowledge with all those who seek it, to help anyone who asks. Love is by its very nature, honest. Its the mirror that reflects our own image back at us as we truly are and is the process that allows us to work on ourselves in the most healthy, nurturing way. All too often it is covered with the dust of conditioning, of emotion, and without a tool to help us in polishing it we can keep searching for ourselves, never really finding healing. I believe yoga and meditation is that tool. Through body awareness, mindfulness, self introspection and consistent practice we can find freedom from constraints and become who we are truly meant to be. Its good to have you here, I look forward to meeting you one day soon. |
