A special one-day yoga retreat with our founder Jenifer Rayner designed to restore and refresh body and mind in beautiful Studland Bay in Dorset. Summer time is when the fiery yang energy is at its strongest and nature is in full bloom. The summer sun burns giving heat, light and life. It is therefore a perfect time for growth, expansion, and manifestation of all new aspirations. At this time of year, the heart is one of the most active organs, working to pump nourishing blood to every cell in our body. With this in mind this retreat day will focus on the heart centre and balancing yang and yin energies to get you ready to glow all summer long.
* Early bird offer finishes on 15th March. After this date tickets will go up to £75

JENIFER RAYNER
Jenny's yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which she developed while competing as a professional windsurfer. Jenny was amazed how positively her body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice. After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 Jenny traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in India. Following completing her teachers' training course she went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where she studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for several months.
Practice in Mysore has certainly influenced Jenny's teaching. What initially started purely as a physical practice took Jennifer on spiritual journey, inner exploration and since then 6 trips back to India to further deepen her practice. Currently Jennifer teaches predominantly dynamic vinyasa and ashtanga classes in Bournemouth, UK where she has lived for the last 22 years. She organises workshops and since 2017 runs yoga retreat company All Flow Yoga. In the winter months she teaches at the 200HR TTC at Sampoorna Yoga in India.
Currently she deepens her practice with her teacher Balu Thevar in Arambol India. She applies tristiana: Ujjayi breath (victorious breath), the bandhas (energy locks), and drsti (yogic gaze) in all her classes as a foundation of the practice. She often says "The only thing that distinguishes yoga practice from any other activity or gymnastics is the connection of movement with the break, making this practice mindful. Being here and now. Moving meditation". She believes that hand on adjustments in the practice can help students experience the benefits of postures in more depth and bring balance and steadiness to the body therefore she is keen to offer many adjusts and assists in her classes.
