Yoga is an ancient practice of personal transformation. The true power of yoga lies not in the strength and vitality it gives the physical body, but rather in the profoundly positive ways, it can change our entire human system. During the time of the retreat, our yoga practice will focus on utilising the asana to refine the mind, clear negative emotions to create space for new habits and behaviour, allowing ourself to dive deep underneath the aesthetics of the postures and explore the unseen benefits of this divine practice.
Every day during the retreat you will start your day with a mindful yet energising vinyasa flow practice in our Shala overlooking the ocean. This will warm up your body and leave you glowing for the whole day. Various modifications and variations will be provided in the practice and this will ensure that you will enjoy the flow no matter the experience you have. The class will be followed by meditation and breath-work session where we will explore various breathing techniques (Pranayama) and you will be guided through relaxations that will allow you to re-connect with yourself and find inner peace and contentment. In the afternoon you’ll immerse yourself in a deeply calming and restorative yoga class. These classes will incorporate restorative and yin yoga practice as well as Myofascial release techniques to relax the muscles. You will float out of these classes feeling revitalised and relaxed.

TIME TO NOURISH YOUR BODY
Food is such a big part of life and it affects all aspects of the way we feel, the way we look and the way we think. To support your daily yoga practice and nourish your body, during the retreat you will enjoy two mouth-watering vegetarian Indian meals daily (brunch and dinner), with an on-going tea/coffee/filtered water throughout the day to hydrate the body.

GETTING TO POLEM BEACH
At All Flow Yoga even though we do not directly arrange your transport to and from the retreat venue, we are here to help smooth out logistics around transportation so you have a seamless journey. The easiest way to travel to Polem Beach is to fly to Goa International Airport (Dabolin). We advise booking your flights at the same time as you reserve your space with us to obtain best ticket price. From Goa International we will help you arrange a taxi to Polem Beach directly or elsewhere if you are planning to stay close by to the retreat venue before the retreat starts.

Jennifer Kesik
Jenny's yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which she developed while competing as a professional windsurfer. Jenny was amazed how positively her body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice. After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 Jenny traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in Goa, India. Following completing her teachers' training course she went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where she studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for 3 months. Practice in Mysore has certainly influenced Jenny's teaching. What initially started purely as a physical practice took Jennifer on spiritual journey and inner exploration. The love for yoga practice resulted in yearly visits to India and eventually a long stay in Goa where she was invited to teach at the yoga teacher's trainings.
Currently Jennifer teaches predominantly dynamic vinyasa and ashtanga classes in Bournemouth, UK where she has lived for the last 18 years. She breathes and lives yoga and see practice of yoga as an on going life journey. She organises workshops and since 2017 runs yoga retreat company All Flow Yoga through which she organised over 15 international retreats in different locations around the world. |
